Mr. Sticky’s Sticky Buns Opens New Location on Carlisle Pike

MECHANICSBURG - A new veteran-owned business that is certain to tempt the sweet tooth will open to the public on Friday, March 3 at 4830 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Mr. Sticky’s has been providing addictive sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, and other tasty sweets to Pennsylvania for over a decade and will now offer its addictive decadence from its newest location in the Karn’s Plaza on the Carlisle Pike, next to Mellow Mink Brewing.

“It is always a special occasion to welcome a new business to our local community,” says Steve Lubart, Board President of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. “And this occasion was made all the ‘sweeter’ with such a renowned brand choosing Mechanicsburg for its newest location. We encourage the community to come out and support this small, veteran-owned business; you will not be disappointed!”

Mr. Sticky’s started as a family business out of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. With rapid success of Mr. Sticky’s “extremely addictive” sticky bun recipe, the business began offering franchise opportunities. Local businessman and retired veteran, Phil Stuck enjoyed Mr. Sticky’s sticky buns over many hunting trips to Potter County, PA. Phil knew that he had to bring these delicious goodies to Central PA, so he invested in opening a franchise location in Mechanicsburg.

“For years I’ve savored Mr. Sticky’s unique treats that just truly can’t be matched by anything else out there. I knew it was time to bring this incredible brand to Central Pennsylvania and I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity that awaits.” says Phil Stuck, Owner of Mr. Sticky’s of Mechanicsburg. “My advice when coming to visit us is to come early and come hungry!”

Mr. Sticky’s offers the regular Mr. Sticky, the walnut sticky, or the cinnamon bun loaded with Mr. Sticky’s own cream cheese icing or peanut butter icing. The business has recently expanded its offering to include signature flavored coffees that pair perfectly with its treats.

Mr. Sticky’s official public opening will take place at 6am. on Friday, March 3. Regular business hours are Monday through Saturday, 6am–3pm and closed on Sundays. For more information, please visit: www.mrstickysofcentralpa.com.
